Recognize your worth
Too often, we are quick to devalue ourselves, our good qualities, and our accomplishments. Instead, we let the noise inside our heads and the outside world tell us we’re not good enough, not worthy of good things happening or worthy of the people in our lives. These are lies we tell ourselves and lies we end up believing
Build Your Team
When we are struggling with mental health, physical health, or with a difficult life situation, it is so important to stay connected. Isolation only makes struggles more difficult. So when thinking about who is on your team, think about the people who give you the most support, who are there for you regardless, and who can help you navigate your difficult journey.
Give yourself grace
Give yourself grace: Have compassion for yourself. This process is difficult and worth it! Self compassion/grace is like the Golden Rule in reverse: Do unto yourself as you would do unto others when it comes to allowing yourself to make mistakes, to feel your feelings, and to release self judgment.
