Hi, I’m Cherilyn Schutze.

After losing my high school sweetheart to cancer in 2013 and dealing with my own and my children's health issues, I’ve gained a unique perspective on grief, trauma, and anxiety. I understand the fear and overwhelm that accompany these struggles.

Life can be incredibly tough, and having someone to walk alongside us, listen, and guide us can make all the difference. This inspired me to start my therapy practice. My approach is relationship-focused, relaxed, and nonjudgmental, working collaboratively with clients to create a secure space for healing and growth. My goal is to help you gain insight and develop new coping skills to become the best version of yourself.
